At some point in each of our lives we will experience grief and loss. The pain associated with loss is not exclusive to death, but is felt in every other aspect of life and living, when we lose something or someone close to us.

Sudden, radical life changes, unexpected news of the loss of a loved one or something important, will have overwhelming, profound impact on anyone. Grief is not a condition that can be “treated”. It’s a healing process that takes time—much longer than most people would expect, and requires on-going support, understanding, and friendship from family, friends, care-givers, professionals and those who have “been there.” The process is personal and unique to each griever.

Through our Relief 4 Grief Series, we will journey with you and provide the creative, compassionate care and support that each of us need when our individual journey begins.
