Who We Are

Rev. Sky Starr has been acquainted with grief and loss before her teen years. Over the past 35 years, the reverend has made the topic a “specialized” area, blending acquired education as a nurse and teacher, combining clinical expertise as a therapist, with accumulated, experiential knowledge. The reverend works closely with traumatic losses as a first responder in communities where gun violence is a major, contributing factor.
In this capacity, CBC TV has acclaimed her among the National Champions of Change for 2010.

Rev. Sky shares her wealth of personal, empirical knowledge, creative and compassionate care to help and support others on a holistic level.
